Migration Considerations for on premise to cloud migration?

Migration considerations need to be looked at for an AE instance from On premise to cloud ? Do we have any migration handbook / cook book / documentation for it ?

 

Any one have observed any challenges which would be good to consider ?

Any Suggestion and information related would be really helpful.
