Loading error on WCC 11.4.5 with IE 11

i search why we have a loading error only on IE 11 with WCC last release 11.4.5 and not with 11.4.4 ( compatibility mode available for information)

Microsoft's blatant disregard for Web standards can make it difficult for application developers to support IE.

Unfortunately misguided corporate policies make IE the preferred browser.

Whenever possible use a browser other than IE.

 

Otherwise, try clearing your browser cache. And maintain compatibility mode.

Browser cache is done and compatibility too but with the same error 

and IE 11 is supported by WCC

It doesn't fix the problem but it may help.  The  "Collapse All Box Jobs" and "Expand All Box Jobs" buttons also refresh the job status in the flow.

Hi Pascal,

 

Are you encountering a "Failed to Load Flow" error in WCC? If yes, we have an update on this.

CA Engineering has developed a fix for this issue and it will be available with the next WCC release (WCC 11.4 SP6), which as per current estimates, is due in Jan 2018.
