dSeries 11.3: Past AFM messages generated/processed on a server warm start

When we perform a warm start in dSeries we are seeing past AFM messages being generated and needing to be processed before we can access our desktop client.  Has anyone ever had this issue in dSeries on a warm start? I have pasted and example of the messages we are seeing below:

    Hi Dave,

If you are seeing these messages, then they are somehow stuck in the database.  As you can see in the messages, they are old or stale, and server is leaving them.  They will cause a delay during start up or if you have HA, the fail over will take a very long time to complete.

The only way to clear them is to do a cold start.

    Thank you,

    Nitin
