First I want to thank all of you who have taken the time to speak with me and my UX team over the last months. We really appreciate all of the time you have taken away from your regular job to help us with ours. :)
The Workload Automation User Experience team is working redesigning some of our existing UIs. An important part of this process is to make sure people can easily find the information they need and complete the tasks that are required. One way we learn about this is to do an activity called a card sort, and we’d like you to be involved.
You will be given a list of terms and will sort them into groups. We will then use that information to help us understand how you organize the information and how we can organize the information and tasks in the new UI to make it easier to use.
You don’t have to do any special preparation and there are no right or wrong answers.
Each card sort will take less than 30 minutes to complete.
