Following Microsoft's August 17 announcement that support of IE11 and Legacy Edge will be sunsetting in the near future, Rally has decided to remove support for these browsers. Be advised that starting November 30, 2020, Rally will no longer support the IE11 or Legacy Edge browser versions. We recommend that you switch to another browser for your ongoing use of Rally before that date to avoid any functionality issues that may occur once support is removed. After November 30, functionality and performance in those browsers will likely degrade over time as Rally removes the code implemented to support them.

@Michele Kubicek Is it possible to know what the Legacy Edge versions are so we can communicate to our users?

I am using Chromium Edge Beta.  But I just received a warning pop-up about IE and Legacy Edge.

Do all users receive this warning? If not, why is my Chromium Edge Beta being detected as Legacy Edge?

    Hi Matt,

We ran a list of subscriptions that are using either IE11 or Legacy Edge browsers and sent our targeted messaging. if you're not using either of these browsers as outlined from Microsoft, which Chromium Edge Beta is not part of this message, then you'll be able to use that browser.

For more information on this please check out the Microsoft announcement:

OK, so it appears that all users within our subscription received this message, regardless of which browser they are using.  Thanks for the clarification.

Hi @Michele Kubicek Would it be possible for you to find who is still using IE so that we can reach out the individuals directly before Nov 30th?
