    Has anyone experienced issues with the Recent Items button using personalized experience in the new Rally design?  Clicking the button results in lost navigation bar.  User needs to refresh browser to get the navigation bar to return.

    We haven't moved over to the new UI yet, and the Recent Items button works in the old UI.  I have a test user in the new UI, and it doesn't work there at all. I don't lose my navigation bar, but the button does nothing.

    I have the recent items feature enabled as well, and saw that it stopped working since about a week or so ago.
    I had assumed the issue had something to do with the new UI and reported this issue in that forum. But it looks like others are seeing the issue as well.

    Good morning Nivi, could you check again today?  I'm still not getting this button to work.  Below is the error I'm seeing when I click the recent items button.  Thanks.

    I checked again just now and it seems to work fine for me. I don't know if it makes a difference, but I'm using the Classic Navigation.

    Have you tried a support ticket?
