May 5 Update
Rally Customers,
We will be moving forward with a modified maintenance window for this weekend. On Saturday, May 8, we will be taking a maintenance window from 6AM to 8AM MT during which period Rally will be unavailable. The intent of this window is a last round of configuration changes and additional fail-back and recovery testing ahead of our maintenance window on May 22. We expect this maintenance window to be generally low risk and will set us up for success when we finalize our infrastructure changes on May 22.

Rally Customers,
We wanted to share a quick update to our last announcement ahead of our upcoming maintenance activities. We are planning to move forward with the scheduled maintenance operations this weekend. However we want to set the expectation that while we will be taking downtime to make database configuration changes that require services to be offline, we are not including any kind of cutover activities this weekend that we would expect to be high risk to system stability or customer experience. As we approach our May 8 and May 22 windows we will provide additional clarity about what to expect.

We had a notice in March for outages on April 17, May 8, and May 22. It said that the second two may not happen. Do you have an update on that? Should we expect outages on those two days as well? Was there communication closer to April 17th on that outage? I got the one on March 5th, but then don't remember seeing anything else until the outage started.
