    Rally Customers,

We wanted to follow up on some changes that were recently implemented, and give you more information about how you may be able to use this updated feature set.

Cross Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) is a mechanism that allows restricted resources on a web page to be requested from another origin outside the origin from which the first resource was served. Recently, we updated the feature set to give customers better control of their ability to use this feature on the Rally platform.

As this was updated, if we observed that a customer has been using this functionality, we pre-populated it with their existing origins accordingly.

Here is some additional information that may be useful:

Here is a link to the product documentation.

Here is also a technical article (previously shared) which may help you if you encounter issues.

Note: While this feature is activated for all users, we don't recommend you use it unless you need to. For that reason, we recommend that most subscriptions should remove the asterix from the "Allowed Origins" Section

Please reach out to Rally support if you have any feedback or questions about this updated functionality.

    Regards,

    Rally Product team
