  • 1.  Troubles entering Rally for SSO users

    Hi,

I've got multiple reports from users in India and Israel that were unable to log in to Rally.

All of them are using SSO.
I'm an admin so I always log in directly and never experienced this problem.

"Sorry, an unexpected error condition has occurred. Please contact your system administrator for assistance and provide the following reference number to help locate additional information about this problem in the system log files."

    The error reference looks strange:

    Error Reference: alobdc

    Error Reference: fdlayg
    Powered by PingIdentity

It looks like someone is playing with this new SSO provider live.

Do I need to call the support or was it an intermittent quirk that is not supposed to return?

    Thank you,
    Inna

    Hi Inna,

We aren't doing anything with any of the SSO provider configurations.  I can check with our devops team and see if there's been any interruptions in our SSO provider's service

    Thanks
    David

    Hi Inna,
I checked with our devops team and we had a temporary outage with our SSO provider on June 10th between 12-2 AM MDT, but we don't expect this to return

    Thank you David,

did not have any error reports since then and things appear to work normally.
