I'm in the defect screen attempting to create a simple filter for a team member and exclude all defects that are closed or rejected. When the filter executes over the only two condition, I get all defects where the owner is not = to the name of the person I'm searching for. I can confirm that the person who has a task on the defect but is not the owner. I want to see simple results where the owner is = to the name in my filter, not if they had / have a task.
