  • 1.  Track Iteration Status -- Problem with Board view versus List view

    Has anyone else seen this problem?

    I have a Rally project with 3 sub-projects (corresponding to my 3 teams).  Using swimlanes by owner, I view Track Iteration Status for a given Iteration using List view for the higher-level project.  I see all items for all 3 teams as expected.

    If I go to Board view, however, I don't see all the data.  At the bottom of my screen in Board view, I see the link "Load More Swimlanes."  If I click on that link, nothing happens.  I do not get additional swimlanes displayed.  In my case I end up not seeing the data for 1 or sometimes 2 swimlanes (owners).

    I test this, and don't see any issue with my board view. 
    I think raising a Support case would be your best bet.

    I was contacted by Rally support.  This is a known defect that is being worked on currently.

    I noticed yesterday morning (and received an email from Rally confirming it) that the problem is now resolved!
