    Hello everyone,

We've created six new video tutorials to support some of the features in Rally that help you when you scale Agile!

If you watched Aaron Rusty Lloyd's latest webinar, "6 Rally Features You May Not Be Using But Should" or even if you didn't, you can now get support for the following Rally pages with tutorial videos to help you learn more.

These videos are available on YouTube within the Rally Playlist.

    • Build Achievable Plans with Rally's Capacity Planning - Rally's capacity planning is an essential tool for modeling releases (program increments) to ensure that your organization is building achievable plans. By modeling backlogs against a team's or program's capacity, you can create what-if-scenarios without changing artifacts and execution data for teams and projects. That way, your teams can bring the right work into the room for release (PI or Big Room) planning and manage the tradeoffs necessary to build a committed, realistic and achievable plan.

    • Steer and Monitor Progress with Rally's Plan Progression - Use the Plan Progression page in conjunction with your published capacity plans to track changes that have been made to a plan during its execution. Easily see what work is currently in a plan as well as work that has been added, removed and completed since the plan was created. Plan progression creates visibility into the changes that impact a plan's delivery and helps stakeholders have the right conversations as they are steering work in and out of a plan while tracking its progress.

    • Use Rally's Work Views to Focus on Your Work and Teams - The Work Views page is your one-stop shop to view all the work items relevant to one or more teams or projects. The page allows you to easily find and view work items and manage them all in one place. Users can create custom views with advanced filtering capabilities that enables them to manage multiple levels of work items for multiple teams. Views can then be saved and shared with others in your organization for quick access.

    • Use Rally to Track the Resolution of Risks in Your Plan - The Risk feature in Rally ensures that risks are visible and accounted for as a plan is being executed. Users can create a ROAM board to help facilitate conversations at planning ceremonies and throughout the execution of a plan. You can also track the progress and resolution of Risks over time, assigning tasks to team members to ensure that the proper steps are being taken to resolve them.

    • Use Rally's Team Planning to Schedule Work in Iterations - Use the Team Planning page to schedule work in iterations so that teams can be confident in their ability to execute on a given plan. Team planning allows you to easily view the velocity of a team and the work planned in an iteration so that they don't plan beyond their capacity. When used in conjunction with the capacity planning feature, teams can begin to plan stories associated with the features that are included in the broader, high-level plan.

    • Plan and Work Towards Key Events with Rally Milestones - Milestones allow you to track work against a specific date, such as a market event or tradeshow. It gives users flexibility to track work across multiple releases, teams or projects. It also provides visibility into the status of work to stakeholders who are dependent on it.

You can also view a complete list of our tutorials within our online help.   We're working on updating all of these to support the new Rally experience.

    Have a great day!
