    I am using the Rally Cycle Time Data App for building cycle time metrics.  It is strange that one team is working and getting the display of user stories but the other team just stopped working. There are no errors. What may I look for to resolve this issue?

    Hi @Sherran Pool,

    When strange things happen, I normally open the developer tools in the browser I am using. Two places to look in there are: the console output - sometimes there is an error message there, the network traffic tab to see if any access failed.

    It's hard to diagnose from the behaviour of an when the screen either stays blank or plots a graph without any bars. Is either of these things happening? Can you post an screenshot from the team that it is failing for?
