I have a lot of stuff I use for tracking teams/projects that members are assigned to - it's odd that these aren't default apps. I also have an app to show teams without necessary roles (SM, PO, ...).
I also track last login/active dates to see who might be a disable candidate based on low usage. We tie our Rally membership to an Active Directory group so I don't disable members in Rally, but another person does via AD and is sync'ed every 15 minutes.
