We became aware of this issue this morning. Our support team have raised it to the highest level and the engineering are looking into it.
The onyl workaround for the moment is to turn off Personalized Navigation and turn it back on again after we have found the problem.
To turn it off, you need to follow this procedure:
Note that this impacts only those who have enabled the new feature "Personalized Navigation" in Rally
- Try accessing the below URL
- The page will display something like this
- On the top right corner where you account picture or a face icon is displayed, click on the drop down button and click on "New Features"
- Uncheck the "Personal Navigation" option

Hi,
The navigation topbar has disappeared ,hampering us to work with Rally at the moment. The issue is appearing across users and browsers (tested Chrome, IE, firefox).
