Hi Kelly,
Yes, you will need to "find" the relative help page yourself. However, the Table of Contents is not changing so you can continue to use that sidebar to find the topics you need. You can also use the "Search this product" box at the top of the Rally help site. Help buttons within Rally will all still work as expected and lead you to context-sensitive help for the page that you are on.

For those of you who have bookmarked any Rally help pages, we wanted to let you know that on September 21 we are updating the infrastructure of our help system, which will affect the URLs of our help pages.
While there are no changes to the help content, you will have to update any bookmarks to use the new URLs.
