That would be awesome, however when I just tried to get here to respond to you, I had to login again using my Broadcom account.
The SSO authentication seemed to have only worked that one day (?)
We do use Okta at our organization.

Nivi, that's right, Communities, the Support site and Rally use Okta for authentication. So if you've already authenticated for one of them, it uses the same SSO authentication token all of these logins.

I just noticed this morning that I didn't have to use my separate Broadcom account to login to create a support ticket. Also didn't have to login to get to the communities page.
Has single sign on been enabled? And is this a recent upgrade? Anyone know of this?
