    Is it possible for me as a Workspace admin to set up notifications for users?

    Hey John,

     

    Sorry, I should have been clearer. I do NOT want to make someone watch an item. 

    I want notifications specifically. 

     

    A watch would send them emails for every change that happens to a certain item.

    But I want to bring attention to items that follow certain rules specifically, which is possible only through notifications.

    Ah, I see. There's not currently a way to configure notification rules for other users. I encourage you to submit a new idea for this functionality at https://ideas.rallydev.com, and share the link with others to garner support for it!

    Thanks for the response John!

    There are already a couple similar ideas there. And the older one with more than 150 votes, has been open since 2012. I'm not sure if I should expect any changes to come soon?

    Ah, yep, good find! Looks like https://ideas.rallydev.com/d293 is probably the right one, but has been marked as Not Planned. grama23 I saw you were the last comment on this - do you know if this is Not Planned due to Watches functionality?
