  • 1.  "An error occured while loading your watches."

    Every time I open a user story I see "An error occurred while loading your watches.  Please refresh the page."

    I do not have any watches.

    Is this a false error?

    It looks like this was opened in the wrong product group, is this for Agile Central?

    We are aware of this issue. It has occurred a number of times in past few days.

     

     araed02  - I believe it was fixed. Do you know the status?

    Hi Maddy, we were confident that a fix put into place yesterday had resolved the issue.  Unfortunately the issue reoccurred this morning.  Our teams are diligently monitoring and investigating the watches issue.  Sorry for the inconvenience on this issue.  It was posted to our status page and we will send out another update when it is fully resolved.  Stay tuned and subscribe for this and other important announcements.  CA Agile Central Status Page
