I have a user who is using Rally. Suddenly, he is unable to login to his Rally. When I check for the error "Problem in accessing sso security check" Reason Problem in authentication error.
HTTP Error 401 - User says that his password is correct.
Please find the error in the attachment.
Also, I tried to login on his account. As an administrator it allowed me to get with his user id and password. But, when I was checking in the result, it loggin on my profile.
