    Trying to pull stats based off all items that have ever had a specific phase gate assigned to it.  This includes defects and stories.  How can I pull that report?

    Just if an item (User Story or defect) has ever had the phase gate at any given point set to s specific phase gate.    For example, we have a phase gate called "CDP REady for Build to Prod".  I want to know all the items that have ever had this phase gate selected and saved.
