We would like track upcoming vacations and see who's out when and on what team, especially with holidays coming up soon
If you want to track vacation time and other non-project time, create a paid time off (PTO) project, create stories for vacation, sick leave, jury duty, and so on, then schedule these stories in a year-long iteration so they automatically display in the item chooser when users select the PTO project on their timesheet.
Also CA Agile Central Time Tracker provides Web Services API access (TimeEntry and TimeEntryValue objects) to integrate time data tracked in CA Agile Central with other time and attendance systems.
