  • 1.  Cannot create multi-value drop down custom field

    Hello,
    I'm trying to create a multi-value drop down custom field. I cannot figure out how to do so. When I create a new custom field, I select drop down list and there isn't any option to do a multi-value list. Am I missing something?

    Hey Ryan - looks like you got some help on a case, but in case anyone else encounters this issue: Since Multi-Value Drop Down custom fields is currently in oepn beta, there is a toggle that needs to be turned on to enable the multi-value drop down option - Support can assist with this!

    John - yep, I'm getting assistance from submitting a case. I think the critical information that is captured here is that it is a feature that needs to be turned on. I couldn't find that detail anywhere associated with the multi-value drop down documentation (though it may well be noted around beta features in general).
