FYI - when attempting to run the LDAP sync job in 2015.2 On-Premises, there is no apparent error to the user in the control panel, but it does not connect to the #LDAP server and update users.
This issue has been fixed for the next release, although we do not yet have an ETA for that release. This group will be notified once it's available for download via the My Downloads page.
