Getting Error 500 while accessing CA advanced authentication Admin console

Hi,

when i try to access  Master admin & Global Admin console i'm getting Error 500 Internal server error ,in the logs i can below errors , can anyone help how to fix this ?
CA advanced authentication 9.1
app server: weblogic12.1.3

i can see below logs during that 500 error .

Hi Venkatesh,

Is this a newly built environment or you are upgrading from a lower version? This issue will need troubleshooting on the machine and a support case would be best to start with providing all the required information such as 

1. Is this a brand new installation or upgraded one?
2. Did this work before anytime or you are trying this for the first time?
3. What is the Java used for this deployment?
4. arcotadmin.log and weblogic logs
