Speaking of Strong Authentication. Is there a way to import "seeds" for TOTP type OTPs through a batch procedure?
Let me explain better:
I configured a profile that uses an OTP with these characteristics as the 2nd factor TOTP, 6 characters, 30 seconds. Since the algorithm is standard, once the user has been enrolled, knowing the seed , I could use any application to authenticate myself. Previously
We had a few thousand users already use TOTP (I had written an authentication module for siteminder which was based on google / microsoft / etc totp authentication app) Now I would like to migrate to using strong auth, but I would not want to do the enrollment again for all the user.
If there was a way, through webservices, or by writing directly to the database, etc. to import the already existing seeds and associate them with users, I would have solved.
Any ideas ?
