    Hello,

    Do you if we can enable anonymous Auth / Az attempts by using XPSConfig ? It is possible to edit the registry or use the smconsole.

    Thank you,
    Julien.

    Hi Julien,

    In this secction you are configuring the logging options, If you want to configure anonymous login to the auth/az service you must configure it into the domain, realm protection (the authentication schemes).

    Daniel

    Hello, Daniel, yes I need to enable logging attempts in smaccess.log for anonymous auth scheme. Anonymous auth works fine, just want to configure logging in smaccess.log by using XPSConfig. It can be done using the console or editing the sm.registry.

    Thank you,
    Julien.

    Hi Julien,Hi Julien,
    If the Policy Server runs on Linux, you can access directly theregistry/sm.registry file and hack it :

    Under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Netegrity\SiteMinder\CurrentVersion\Reports=40856718

    When enabled :

      AnonymousAuthFilter=                    0x1; REG_DWORD  AnonymousAzFilter=                      0x1; REG_DWORD

    When disabled :

      AnonymousAuthFilter=                    0x0; REG_DWORD  AnonymousAzFilter=                      0x0; REG_DWORD

    I don't see option in XPSConfig to configure the same.

    I hope this helps,

    Best Regards,
    Patrick
