Hi Karthik,12.52 SP1 CR10 is still the latest release of the Web Agent and it does support Windows. I'm not sure why you're unable to see CR10 using the link you provided as I see CR 10 in the 12.52 SP1 Web Agent list when I click that link. Please try again after clearing your browser's cache or trying a different browser type.
