Hi Team
While upgrading from older version to 9.x ,we found that masteradmin/ Global admin account are not able to login. It says that authentication failed
Error from the log says -
[MASTERADMIN] : [MASTERADMIN] : [] : [Arcot Admin Console] : [Admin Console] : [] : Failed to audit log, Resource name field is empty
Only way is to reset the account but wanted to check , does the upgrade requires the reset of account . ? Checked the tables and found that the status is set to active
I have tried both 9.0 and 9.1 and same issue occurred
