    Posted Oct 09, 2019 05:53 PM
    Hi All,

I see the below options whenever I try to download the SSO installers. Can you please let me know the difference between them and which one to use to install for the company ?

CA Single Sign-On for Business Users MULTI-PLATFORM

CA Single Sign-On for Consumers MULTI-PLATFORM

    Thanks,
    Gopi.

    Hi Gopi,

The installer for these two products is the same. The difference is their purposes and the licensing conditions.
"for Consumers" is used for the Web sites which are exposed to the Internet and consumers. For example, it is used for Shopping sites.
"for Business" is used for the company's intranet. It may include B-to-B use but the details need to be confirmed with the account manager in charge of your company.

It seems you're planning to install the product for your intranet use, so I think "for Business" is appropriate for you.

    Best regards,
    Seiji

Thank you very much for your quick reply. It is very helpful.

Yes, I believe I should go with "Business" installer.

    Thanks,
    Gopi.
