The installer for these two products is the same. The difference is their purposes and the licensing conditions.
"for Consumers" is used for the Web sites which are exposed to the Internet and consumers. For example, it is used for Shopping sites.
"for Business" is used for the company's intranet. It may include B-to-B use but the details need to be confirmed with the account manager in charge of your company.
It seems you're planning to install the product for your intranet use, so I think "for Business" is appropriate for you.
