  • 1.  Unable to deactivate partnership between entities in Admin UI

    Hi,

     

    I have siteminder setup version 12.52 in windows 2008 machine. After logging in to admin UI, I have created a local IDP entity and remote SP entity. After that I have created a partnership between these two entities and activated it. But now I want to modify this partnership. For that I am trying to deactivate the partnership. When I go to ACTIONS and select DEACTIVATE option it asks for confirmation if I really want to deactivate this partnership. When I click OK it still shows the status of that partnership as ACTIVE. Can you please help?

    Option #1. Did you try in multiple browsers like IE, Chrome etc ? If not, please try

    Option # 2. There might be a bug with the Admin UI version you are using. You can raise a support case and they should be able to help fixing the issue.​​​

    I have tried using IE and Chrome. But still I am unable to deactivate the partnetship.

    The Siteminder Admin UI version I am using is : 12.52.0000.142. Does this version have any issues?
