  • 1.  IWA not working After 12.8 SP3 Upgrade

    Hi All,

    Recently we have upgraded our policy server version from 12.8 base version to 12.8 SP3.
    After upgrade IWA not working.
    We have used AdoptOpen JDK for 12.8 SP3 as per CA recommendation. But IWA still running with old JDK. Am not sure this may be the issue.
    When am accessing the URL am getting login page and if i enter ID and Password then its working. But Windows auth is not working.
    Please let me know if anyone can help me to fix this issue.

    Hi All,

    Looks like issue only with Chrome. If am trying to access the application in IE then windows authentication is working.
    Only in Chrome Windows authentication is not working.
    Can someone please help me on this ?

    Hi Subash,

    Can you please check if your Chrome has updated to a version greater than 80?
    I have experienced similar issues with IWA on Chrome versions 80 & 81 which were released in the last month.

    In addition, you should take care that Chrome is configure properly to
    pass the credentials to the Web Agent :
