  • 1.  Unable to login Siteminder Admin UI

    Hello Community.

    Presently we are using Siteminder 12.5. When we try to login admin UI getting error like unable to process login please contact system administrator.

    Please need urgent help on this.

    Hi Girish,

    The most common reason for this error is when the policy server is not reachable, either because the policy server is not running, or there is something wrong with the network in between.

    For urgent help I'd normally recommend opening a support case, but release 12.50 reached End of Service years ago and thus support is no longer available.
