This notice is to alert you to changes in end of service dates for specific versions of these products.
In the interest of giving our customers more flexibility to address IT priorities resulting from the global COVID-19 pandemic, the following versions of these products have had their end of service dates moved to later in 2020.
- SiteMinder v12.6 (all service packs)
o Previous EOS Date: May 31, 2020
o New EOS Date: October 31, 2020
- Advanced Authentication v8.1 (all service packs), v8.2, v8.2.01
o Previous EOS Date: June 30, 2020
o New EOS Date: October 31, 2020
- Identity Manager, Identity Governance, Identity Portal and the Virtual Appliance v14.1
o Previous EOS Date: July 30 2020
o New EOS Date: October 31, 2020
- Directory v12.6 (SP2-SP6)
o Previous EOS Date: May & June 2020
o New EOS Date: October 31, 2020
Customers using these versions, with valid maintenance contracts that extend through October 31st, will continue to enjoy mainstream product support until the new end of service date.
