unable to remove User AD Group from the Domain on Siteminder policy server..

Hi All,

 

I am unable to remove User Directory Group from the Domain.

 

We using 3 user AD groups but now we want to remove 2 groups from domain on Siteminder policy server but its not applying and changes are not applied once we click " Apply / OK "

Hi Rajkumar,

 

Make sure first that the groups are removed first from Policies. Then
remove the User Directories which hold the groups. If it's already
done, then I would suggest you to open a Support case as there might
be data corruption in the Policy Store. Do you have any error if you

run command :

 

XPSSweeper -vT

 

and check for conflicting objects.

Thanks for update,

I tried to remove group from policies but its not applying the changes. ( unable to remove)

 

When i run the above command , there is NO error is policy store.

Which version of AdminUI, Policy Server and Policy Store do you run ?
