Key Management not available in adminUI

    Hi, after upgrading SSO from 12.52 env to 12.7 , logging in to siteminder adminUI with a superuser, the Key Management menu item is no more available under the Administrator>>Policy Server menu.

    The adminui is connected to an external user store (AD), and no one of the superusers were able to see that menu item.

     

     

    I also tried to enter the url manually:

    https://smconsole127.smt.gbi.bcc.it/iam/siteminder/console/ui7/index.jsp?task.tag=AgentKeyManagement&console.cat3=Key+Ma… 

     

    but in that case i receives the following error:

    Error:Administrator tcat002 is not authorized to perform task ${bundle=com.ca.siteminder.webadmin.task.LocalStrings:key=task.displayName.NONE.AgentKeyManagement}.

    So it seems that after upgrade the administrator do not have any more the rights to see that menu item

    Any suggestion on how to  fix?

    Hi , 

     

    Refer : Key Management not exist in WAMUI - CA Knowledge 

     

    Key Management tab is displayed for a Policy Server only if it is configured to "Enable Agent Key Generation" in the SiteMInder Policy Server Management Console.
