    CA SSO 12.7 Policy Server Crashed several times in production and seen below error in event viewer. Any idea what caused policy server to crash , all Policy servers crashed around same time.

    There could be multiple reasons for the policy server crash depending upon your environment setup. 

     

    I would suggest you to open a support ticket along with the necessary logs for support team's investigation, if you haven't done it already.

    You might have to open a support ticket with the pkgapp and the log files, 

     

    The support team with work with the sustaining team to figure out the reason for the same,
