  • 1.  How to update LDAP public key on CA Siteminder policy servers.

    Hi CA Team / Friends,

     

    Issue : Our LDAP public key is expiring shortly on our Siteminder policy,

    Kindly share the steps to update new LDAP public key store in Siteminder policy servers. 

    OS : Windows 2008R2

    CA Siteminder version : 12.52v

     

    Its Urgent please.

    Hello Kumar, You'll  need to, essentially, focus on the steps 4 and 5 in the above mentioned doc by Leo, -- assuming you have the same root cert/ cert-chain. (I believe the  server cert it mentions is the LDAP server public cert that you need to enter into the PS cert db.) Also, make sure to flush the PS cache and LDAP server cache (or restart the LDAP server).
