Where is the latest Platform Support Matrix for CA SiteMinder 12.51? The link on its Bookshelf page results in a 404 Not Found.

+1 on your comments regarding the Broadcom website.  It's always been terrible (as CA), and now is even worse.

Can you please help me? I have been struggling to access these Platform Support matrix documents. I can only access this one https://ftpdocs.broadcom.com/cadocs/0/contentimages/Symantec%20SiteMinder_12_8_Platform%20Support%20Matrix_18September2020.pdf all the rest are giving me resource not found errors. Is there a problem with synching up old CA accounts with Broadcom? I can raise cases, access the sofware just none of the links in https://ftpdocs.broadcom.com 

Odd that the 12.8 is the only one that works and that is also the only one with cadocs in its url (rest are phpdocs). I tried raising a case for this and it was closed without resolution - please advise!?

It would be best to raise a case for this so the web team can fix whatever underlying problem exists with your account.

I would post links for you, but it doesn't sound like you'd be able to access them.  Which versions of the Platform Support Matrix do you need?  I'd be happy to upload them here to get you immediate access.
