  • 1.  CA SSO with LinkedIn Authentication

    How can I configure LinkedIn to authenticate user for my existing CA SSO (R12.52 SP01 CR05) protected partnership or federation applications.

    It illustrates the steps to configure SSO between CA Siteminder 12.52 acting as OAuth 2.0 client and LinkedIn IDP acting as the OAuth 2.0 Authorization Server.

    Do we need to have an access to LinkedIn urls mentioned in a document from our SSO servers (Policy Server / SPS) ? or an user access to LinkedIn from browser is enough ?

    Hi Vipul,

     

    I f you are referencing the User Information Service URL, SSO needs to access that URL link to retrieve user claims.
