    10 Steps need to be perform at siteminder  to integrate the CA service desk.

     

     

    1. Install/configure the webagent on the IIS server (Service Desk)
    2. create realm with / and set it unprotected
    3. create rule for Agent action and use the uri as /CAisd*
    4. create onAuthaccept rule
    5. Create a response with Attribute  WebAgent-HTTP-Header-Variable  and
    6. Variable Name as  REMOTE_USER  on SiteMinder.
    7. Attache this response on OnAuthaccept rule
    8. Add both (webagent/OnAuthaccept) to the policy.
    9. Set RemoteUserVar as REMOTE_USER under Agent Configuration object in SiteMinder Policy Server.
    10. Set SetRemoteUser as yes in the ACO.
