The pressure for companies to integrate and utilize the ‘cloud’ to take advantage of SaaS offerings is increasing daily. To help our fellow SiteMinder administrators meet this challenge, CA has partnered with FuGen Solutions Inc. to provide a library of various Runbooks for a variety of common SaaS providers. These Runbooks are a basic guide to achieving SSO with these providers.
(Please note the Runbooks are based on the SiteMInder R12.5 release.)
