    Good Morning,

    I am experiencing weird issues with CA SSO 12.8 sp2  and CA Directory 14.1 running on Windows Server 2016. Last Thursday everything was working fine. When I tried to login today to the AdminUI I was unable to do so. After trying to reregister the Policy Server with the AdminUI and a couple restarts of the DSAs and Policy Server I am able to log back in. But I am missing all of my ACOs that I added on Thursday. This is the second time in two weeks that I have lost connection between the AdminUI and the Policy server. The previous time I lost all of data I had previously created. 

    Has anyone else experienced any issues with Siteminder on Windows Server 2016?

    I could not find known issues for this behaviour.
    As recently added ACO are missed, it sounds like something failed on Policy Store.
    Are you using CA Directory 14.1 as Policy Store and is it on same as Policy Server machine?

    I would run XPSSweeper to check if there is any error in Policy Store.

    If you have backup of logs, I suggest open a support ticket to review as well.
