DOI-Spectrum Integration issue

Hi Team

I am trying to integrate DOI and Spectrum via SpectrumDataPublisher, following the documentation "https://docops.ca.com/ca-spectrum/10-3-2/en/integrating/ca-spectrum-and-analytics/integrate-ca-spectrum-with-ca-digital-operational-intelligence-using-spectrum-data-publisher" and "https://docops.ca.com/ca-digital-operational-intelligence/1-3/en/installing/integration/integrate-ca-products/add-ca-spectrum"
but unable to get any data in DOI <create a new service section>. I can see some data as mentioned in the integration verification section "<http://<es.hosturl>/_cat/indices/*spectrum*". (please find the screenshot attached).

Can anyone suggest some troubleshooting steps for the same.

Hi Abhinet,

there is no data at all received in ES: the third column (which is the doc count) is all 0.
If you run the same query with ?v at the end, you will get the column headers.

Can you please provide the details which OI and DataPublisher version you are using?
A common issue is to have a wrong TenantID specified in the configuration.  Then data is sent, but dropped on the OI side because it cannot be associated to an existing tenant.  Check with http://es.master.172.31.27.60.nip.io/ao_tenants_1_1/_search?pretty

Do you see any errors (especially related to connections) in the DataPublisher logs?
