Not able to map hostname of server to CI filed of servicenow

    Hi Team,

    I have recently integrated DX OI to servicenow(Madrid release). I am able to create incidents in servicenow but some of the fields are blank like CI field doesn't have server name. I am trying to map fields of DX OI to servicenow fields but not getting any option in message templates of DX OI . Could you let me know where can we map fields for servicenow from DX OI side.
