SOI and SCOM

Hey Community,

When integrated with SCOM, does SCOM build the service topology automatically, or must it still be created ?

Hello Waverly Williams,

By default SOI Connectors like Spectrum, SCOM, ServiceNow etc can import Service Models from their respective MDRs (Ex: SCOM).
So, once connector is up and running, you may Import Services from SOI Console -> Tools -> Import Services -> select the connector and Import

If no models are created at MDR, then you can either manually create Service Models in SOI with SCOM CIs selected or use 'Service Discovery' policies to build services automatically using SCOM CIs.
