mapping Spectrum alarms to services

    Hi all,

    I have a problem with DOI - Spectrum integration. The alarms from Spectrum are visible in the alarm-analytics, so we know they are coming in. We have also created services from Spectrum groups, but the alarms are not mapped to the services. I thought it would happen automatically?! Any idea what I am doing wrong?
