Hello we are having this issue right now and its effecting our production SOI env.
I found this tech doc listing the exact phrase that all our Spectrum connector alert are throwing on the SOI console:

Can someone post the solution for this issue....
The KB Link doesn't work:

Description:
With Spectrum IM Connector 4.0.0.68 and Spectrum 9.3 one may see Alerts on SOI console which has the message "Error getting probable cause text for <event type> in the Alert Summary. This is seen for environments with Language Settings other then english (United States).
