  • 1.  Defective CI in SOI - How to correct?

    Posted Jul 18, 2018 05:15 AM

    Hello,

I'm currently having an issue with a SOI configuration.

While editing a service I'm searching for a CI of type: Running Software propagated by APM connector; the CI name should be "prsilrjb08_JBoss_Produzione_AnagUni-server-group_AnagUni-server4" but instead I can only see a CI named "prsilrjb08_JBoss_Produzione_AnagUni-server-group_AnagUni-server4%1".

Not only the CI's name is wrong but it is propagated by a different connector (WebServiceForSOI_rest.ca.com@rest.ca.com)

Did any of you had the same problem and how did you proceed to solve this issue?

    Thank you for your time,

    Yann

Hello Yann, when the CI has been published from a webservices call before APM connector has published it, the CI from APM connector will be correlated to this one. You can see this in the USMNotebook tab of the component details in the SOI console. So you would have to identify the webservices implementation which has imported the CI and analyse how the Label is created in this connector.
