  • 1.  SOI Reports customisation or extra reports

    Hi all,

     

    We're using CA SOI 4.2 with CA BI Jasper 6.3, not the unified version, in order to run the OOTB SOI reports. I need to customise the 'Service Availability' report so that instead of displaying a pie chart with the total availability for each service it would display a two axis chart (bar chart) were the 'x' axis represents the predefined time period, last 'x' days, last week, last month, etc, and the y axis would represent the percentage of availability for the day.

     

    I'm new to CA BI Jasper and from what I can see it's possible using Jasper Studio but at the same time I don't have enough knowledge to now which tables to search for the data and build the chart itself.

     

    Anyone have extra documentation on how to build charts or even similar reports they can share?

    Forgot to mention that i totally discarded Jasper Studio and went back to iReport. It's way easier to edit and customise reports in comparison to Jasper Studio.
